You are not able to not agree with these Terms and still register, as this website registration form is a tool for recruiting and has no other utilities. We might process information you provide to us when registering to our website for sending you email notifications (notification data). Notification data might be processed for the purposes of sending you invites for the relevant market research studies, based on your online profile. The processing of this data is based on the consent you are giving when registering on our website.
We might process your data when you unsubscribe or request not to be emailed by us anymore. When we receive a request like this your data is transferred to a Do Not Contact list. This data may include your name and contact details. These details are kept in our system to make it possible for us to respect your wishes and not contact you again. We are processing this data for supplying you with purchased services and keeping record of those transactions. Our legitimate interest in processing this data is the administration of our business and the performance of a contract between you and us.
If you are a client/supplier, we might process information you provide for subscribing to our email newsletters (notification data). The notification data might be processed for purposes of sending you relevant newsletters related to our blog posts. The processing of this data is based on the consent you are giving when subscribing to our newsletter.
3. Processing of personal data of children
FSI will not collect or process personal data of children under 16 years – or under a lower age – unless parental consent provided, pursuant to applicable local law. If we become aware that personal data from a child were inadvertently collected, we will delete such data without undue delay.

These people are those who by virtue of their position are legitimate in receiving the communication of your data in order to carry out the purposes which have previously been described to you. All such personnel who have access to your personal information are required to adhere to our Privacy Notice and all third-party service providers are requested by us to sign non-disclosure agreements.
Your personal data will never be sold, shared, communicated or transferred to an unidentified third party under the present protection policy for personal data.
FSI sets up means of physical and logical security in order to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, inappropriate access, disclosure, loss and destruction.

If you are a respondent, registered to our panel, your transactional data may be handled by our payment service providers through online banking or a gift card platform. We only share the data that is necessary for the purposes of processing payments, refunds or dealing with issues relating to those payments and refunds.

Our company has offices in London (United Kingdom), Belgrade (Serbia), New York (United States of America) and Sofia (Bulgaria).

All our offices have mutual contracts for transferring data out of United Kingdom and Bulgaria to the countries outside of European Union. These contracts are legally binding, and they follow the guidance of the EU Data Protection Laws. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, and none of the personal data is being shared without password protections and/or encryptions.
The hosing facilities for our website are situated in Germany.
8. Retaining and deleting personal data
If you are a respondent, registered to our panel, your personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes will only be retained as long as is necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was gathered. The information you provided when you registered on Field Scope International website and any further information you provide, will be retained on the basis that it will allow us to assess you against the participant needs of clients for their projects. The data will be retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent. We might periodically contact you to ask you to check that the information in your profile is up-to-date.
If you are a client/supplier, the personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes will only be retained as long as is necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was gathered.
The information you provide over the course of our contract are being retained on the basis that they allow us proper administration of our business and the performance of an arrangement between you and us.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 8, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

If you are a respondent, registered to our panel, and you want to know which data we have on you, you can send us a request at panel@fieldscopeint.com and we will be happy to forward you the details. By using privacy controls, you can delete your account with FSI and make sure your data is not being processed anymore and that you are not contacted for any future market research studies, until you state otherwise. You can delete your account by clicking ‘Your Account’ and choosing the option ‘Delete Account’.

If any of the personal data, we have on you is inaccurate you have a right to have it rectified. If any personal data is incomplete, you have a right to ask for it to be completed.
There are some cases when you have the right to erasure of your data without delay:
• If you decide to withdraw consent you have previously given for the data processing;
• If the processing is for direct marketing purposes;
• If your data has been unlawfully processed;
• If you object to the processing under the rules of applicable data protection law;
• If your data is no longer necessary for the purpose which it was processed.
